We connect when we create.
In the space of creating: playing and iterating, focusing and expressing, we often make life for ourselves and others, better.
How can we tap creativity and connectivity?
How can we make room in our life to practice
* risk taking and vulnerability,
* play and fun,
* authentic voice and expression,
* iterating and innovating,
* connecting and curiosity?
Let's Make Art!
Shannon Gerrity, Founder of Creative Flow
Creative Flow facilitates holistic art making
* classes,
* drop-in sessions,
* workshops,
* and events
for organizations and individuals,
adults and children,
who value creativity and the creative process
as important tools for participating in and contributing to the world.
Everyone is creative and anyone can grow from Creative Flow art making.
Creativity is a highly valued muscle
in personal and professional life, and
Creative Flow knows how to stretch and strengthen it.
Creative Flow’s process-based methodology guides participants to produce one-of-a-kind art pieces.
Tap mindfulness and flow,
connect to the self and the community,
productively play, and find fun!
Creative Flow empowers people to speak the most universal and powerful language we know: art.
Shannon Gerrity, founder of Creative Flow, has fifteen years of experience facilitating creativity, community, and connection for children and adults.
Shannon was raised in the performing arts and co-founded a local children’s theater company in high school.
She studied journalism and communication and found the visual arts through the darkroom.
Shannon has lived and worked internationally; she is insatiably curious and refuels through meeting strangers and walking less trodden paths.
She is a published writer, a California licensed visual art teacher, and a 200-hour Kripalu yoga certified instructor. Shannon is an active artist represented at City Art Gallery in San Francisco.
